Very humbled to share that our Calkins Hill Townhome project in downtown Valparaiso, Indiana was awarded the "Community Improvement Award 2024" by the Valpo Chamber of Commerce. The project was honored at their luncheon this month. It's inspiring to witness the success achieved through collaboration with professionals and municipal guidance.

This June 2020 Roth Architects, Inc. celebrates our 20th year anniversary! Here is our latest project located in downtown Valparaiso, Indiana and part of the city's vision plan. 18 proposed units each with private garages, private elevators and roof top decks in each unit.
