The last few weeks have been super busy doing work for a couple of amazing clients!!!
First, we added a cover to their existing back deck, then we did all new decking.
I love how it turned out!
The we gutted and remodeled their secondary bathroom with a new tile shower, and board & batten trim! I absolutely love the way it turned out. Needless to say it was a JOB! Almost 80 year old house and we took out 3200 lbs of demo material from that one bathroom. To say they don’t make them like they used to is the understatement of the century on this one. Walls super plumb and no trouble getting the floor level for the shower pan!
My customers were super happy with the outcome of both projects and that’s the main goal I strive for. Great quality and happy customers!
Let us renew your space back to life, or create a brand new space and bring those ideas to life!

Last week we did our third job in the past year for these wonderful clients!! They’ve been wanting to get rid of those yellow walls for a few years and while they were on vacation last week, we made it happen. They matched the living room walls to the kitchen backsplash color. Replacing their kitchen counter/sink/backsplash was the first official job we did as Renew Construction last year!
Got a call yesterday when they got back home and they love it! That’s all that matters to me
Give us a call and let’s get your projects started and brought to life!

Almost finished a little job this week over by rock hill CC. Repeat customers are the best!
Just waiting on the new door, that was supposed to be there today, to come in. New screen, trim, fresh paint on the wood framing and back door, and installed a new ceiling fan!
Thanks to everyone for the business! I’ll be off the rest of this week celebrating with my wife for our 10th anniversary!
I’ll be back wide open again Monday. Call or text with a third you need
