21 feet of solid CMU, gone, and the warehouse never stopped shipping.

Our client runs an active 3PL operation, and a 21' cinder block wall was splitting their floor and slowing down their workflow. They needed it out without shutting down, losing inventory, or putting their team at risk.

Here's how we did it:
🔹 Full-height poly containment to isolate the work zone
🔹 Negative air with ducted exhaust straight to the dock to keep dust off product and people
🔹 Controlled demolition with debris loaded directly out the dock door
🔹 Coordinated around live forklift and pallet traffic from start to finish
