Energea is expanding its Community Solar in Brazil portfolio with the acquisition of six solar projects from Victory Hill in Rio de Janeiro, adding nearly 15 MWdc of capacity.

With five projects already operational and one under construction, the acquisition builds on a partnership dating back to 2021, during which Energea developed, constructed, and maintained these assets.

This milestone strengthens our operating portfolio and reinforces our commitment to disciplined growth, reliable renewable energy generation, and long-term value for investors.
