Intracoastal Grounds Services is looking for an experienced, dependable landscaping professional to join our team in a leadership role.
We’re looking for someone who knows the industry, takes pride in their work, and can confidently help lead a crew and keep jobs running efficiently.
Ideal candidate:
• Several years of professional landscaping experience
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance
• Experience with plant material, mulch, rock, edging, bed preparation, grading, sod, etc.
• Comfortable operating commercial landscaping equipment
• Able to lead and work alongside a crew
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to communicate professionally
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on landscaping experience who is ready to take on responsibility and be an important part of a growing company.
💰 Competitive pay based on experience and ability
📍 Chesapeake / Virginia Beach area
