Our customer was thrilled with their new Goodman split-system AC paired with a high-efficiency furnace!

They had been without air conditioning for most of the summer, but we were able to get their new system installed just in time for the heat headed our way next week. Now they’ll be ready to stay cool and comfortable.

Your HVAC filter has a MERV rating. The higher the number, the smaller the particles it traps.

The tradeoff is higher-rated filters create more resistance and can reduce airflow if your system isn’t designed for them.

I seem to recall some of ya’ll wouldn’t wear a mask during COVID but when you buy HVAC filters you pick the ones that can filter subatomic particles.

I’m not here to judge.

Just a reminder: your HVAC system needs air and airflow to work. A filter that catches everything but starves the system isn’t the best choice.

Had a great time on this project for an awesome customer!

We started by getting their outdoor unit leveled back out and installed a new pad to give it a solid foundation. We also upgraded the electrical setup by adding an outdoor disconnect, since the unit had previously been straight-wired from the breaker, and added a surge protector for some extra equipment protection.

The evaporator coil was leaking, so we replaced it and took the opportunity to make a few improvements along the way.

To 🚨 Another Satisfied Customer! 🚨

Today we serviced a 10-year-old Lennox gas package unit that was completely frozen over ❄️🥶

The issue started after the unit’s returns were partially covered during home painting, restricting airflow 🎨➡️🚫🌬️

Once thawed, we got to work:

✅ Replaced weak capacitors
✅ Repaired brittle electrical connections ⚡
✅ Cleared clogged condensate drain 💧
✅ Verified and adjusted refrigerant levels 📊
✅ Cleaned debris from electrical cabinet 🕷️

Small issues like these can shut a system down fast. Details matter.

The unit is now running strong again 💪❄️ and the customer is experiencing Crystal Clear Comfort 😎
