The finish line is in sight at our Vine Street project, and we couldn’t be more excited to give you a sneak peek before the full reveal.

From beautiful semi custom cabinetry to stunning finishes—including chandeliers in the living spaces—this student housing project is proving that functional can also be exceptional.

It’s been an incredible experience partnering with Modus Build to help transform this historic property into something truly special. Projects like this remind us that great craftsmanship leaves a lasting impact.

Whether you’re building a multi-family development, renovating an apartment community, or creating the home you’ve always envisioned, Loch & Thistle Cabinet Company is ready to help bring your vision to life.

Big project or small, we’d love to be your trusted cabinetry partner.

Vine Street baby!

Check out the progress at the Vine Street project! What was once an old building is being given new life, and we’re grateful to play a small part in its story.

We love partnering with Modus Build to help make an impact in Chattanooga. There’s something special about restoration and reuse—preserving the character of the past while creating spaces that will serve people for years to come.

At Loch & Thistle Cabinet Company, we’re proud to provide and install cabinetry that helps bring these projects to life. More exciting things are on the way… Chattanooga, we’re just getting started.
