G.T. Issa Premier Homes is looking for an experienced and dependable excavation contractor interested in consistent, year-round work throughout the Chattanooga area.

We are specifically looking for an owner-operator who is personally involved on the job, owns and operates his own equipment, and manages a reliable crew.

Work may include:

• Residential site preparation
• Clearing, grading, and excavation
• Building pads and foundations
• Utility and drainage work
• Final grading and related sitework

This is an opportunity to establish a long-term working relationship with a busy, established construction company—not occasional or one-time work.

Applicants must be experienced, properly insured, well-equipped, dependable, and capable of keeping projects on schedule.
