Huss Builders is a father-and-son team with deep roots in Lincoln County and a passion for quality craftsmanship. Born and raised in Lincolnton, NC, Bobby Huss earned his contractor’s license and began building homes in 1991. Before stepping out on his own, he spent years learning the trade hands-on while working for a construction company. When he opened Huss Builders, he focused on building custom homes throughout Lincoln County, quickly developing a reputation for integrity, hard work, and attention to detail. A handful of years later, his son Lee grew up watching—and eventually joining—his dad on job sites. Every summer once school let out, Lee headed straight to the job sites to learn, lend a hand, and experience the process of building a home from the ground up. Those formative years sparked a lifelong desire to work alongside his father and continue the family legacy. After earning an electrical engineering degree and spending a few years in the engineering field, Lee felt called to return to construction and partner with Bobby. Today, Bobby and Lee work side-by-side, building homes across Lincoln, Catawba, and Gaston counties. Together, they blend decades of experience with modern techniques, creating homes built on a foundation of quality, craftsmanship, and care. Their model remains rooted in their core values—the love of Jesus, strong family bonds, and a commitment to building spaces where families can thrive. Huss Builders isn’t just a business; it’s a legacy of dedication, faith, and the desire to create homes that stand the test of time.
