If you like total overhauls you have to check this one out💪

Chad came to us with a long list of needs to include:

-new flower beds of his back porch
-a stone patch leading us into the back yard
-a major cleanup and new plants by his back fence
-new mulch everywhere
-aeration in the front and back yard
And more!

We knocked this project out in just a few short days 👍

Today we wanted to highlight a recent project involving couple rocks 🗿

While it’s a bit of work to throw around a few thousand pounds of stone it’s always worth it in the end when you see the final result.

It also helps when you remember you’re set on maintenance for the foreseeable future 🤷‍♂️

Wait… we’re not done with introductions yet!

Next up is Zack the head of our maintenance team here at Outcomes 👌

He has this to say about himself:

“Hi, my name is Zack Poore, I have been in the landscaping industry for 12+ years and I’ve been with Outcomes Landscaping pretty much since the beginning when Matthew first started the company, I love and enjoy working outdoors, keeping up with all of our maintenance accounts is something that I love doing and I also love making these yards look top notch! During my free time I like to be with my two children and my wife, and when I have the extra time I’ll be hunting and fishing.”

He’s also a great time to talk to so make sure to say hi to him here and thank him next time he’s around working his magic 🪄

Anyone can do the big things right but what about the little things?

Little things in landscaping add up to create lasting roots, thriving company culture, and lasting appreciation from customers who are always blown away by the level of detail we put into each and every design we do 🤌

In this case even something as simple as planting an azalea we have down to a detailed science.

First comes meticulous measurements to ensure every new addition is exactly where we want it ➡️

Next comes a new hole followed by our own soil blend to create a healthy new base ➡️

Then our proprietary innoculent blend to guarantee strong root growth for years to come ➡️

Finally, after hand packing the soil around the base, ensuring proper leveling and positioning of the new plant, we finish the job and pack our new addition in tight to prevent any settling 👌

Next up on on our list of introductions is our newest employee James!

James is a Charlotte native whose love for plants began in his grandmother’s garden and later grew into a landscaping career that started in 2014. That early inspiration gave him a deep connection to plants, which he has carried through more than a decade in landscaping. Over the years, James has gained experience in many aspects of the field and is passionate about continuing to expand his knowledge of plants, design, and new techniques. He takes pride in creating landscapes that balance craftsmanship with the natural beauty of plants. Outside of work, James enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.

We’re so glad to have James around and couldn’t think of anyone better to brighten up our workplace with a laugh, a good song, or some high quality landscape design work 🤌

Everyone say hi to James and don’t forget to ask him about his favorite bands next time we’re doing a project at your house!
