IMPORTANT POOL OWNER UPDATE!

We just received an informative email from Tried & True Pool Company, and we thought it was worth sharing with our customers and fellow pool owners!

According to their email, prices on swimming pool parts and equipment are expected to increase approximately 6%–12%, effective October 21, 2026.

Here are a few helpful reminders they shared:

Pool Equipment Price Increases
If you're considering replacing or upgrading your pool pump, filter, robotic cleaner, or other equipment, now may be a good time to plan ahead.

Fall Is Here — Let a Robotic Cleaner Do the Work!
With leaves beginning to fall, robotic pool cleaners can help reduce maintenance time. Some models may also qualify for rebates.

Duke Energy Customers — Possible $900 Rebate!
Eligible variable-speed pool pumps may qualify for a $900 rebate through Duke Energy, helping homeowners improve energy efficiency while potentially reducing operating costs.

Plan Ahead!
Some pool pumps are currently on backorder, so ordering early may help prevent unnecessary delays.

We appreciate Tried & True Pool Company for sharing this valuable information with us!

At Hernández Pool Construction, we believe that keeping our customers informed is just as important as building beautiful swimming pools.

THE McKEOWN PROJECT — ALMOST THERE!

Oh my goodness, I can't wait to show you this backyard when it's all finished!

These pictures are from last week, and so much has changed already!

The beautiful marble is now installed on the raised walls, we're working on the fireplace, and our crew is cleaning up the wooded area behind the retaining wall today.

And guess what? We're getting so close to the finish line! Once the remaining details are completed, it's time for the pebble finish, and this beauty will be ready for water!

I absolutely LOVE how this project is turning out, and I know you're going to love it too!

More pictures coming soon!

THE MANZO PROJECT — ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL UPDATE!

Just look at how nicely this one is coming along!

Tile and coping installation has started at the Manzo's pool, and I am loving how everything is looking so far!

There's still quite a bit to do, but we're making progress! Once tile and coping are completed, plumbing will be next on our list.

A special thank you to William for taking these pictures and keeping me updated on our projects while I was out of the country. I really appreciate it!

Can't wait to see this beautiful backyard when it's all finished!

THE GIVENS PROJECT — LITTLE BY LITTLE, IT'S ALL COMING TOGETHER!

Just look at the progress we're making at the Givens' backyard!

The pool and spa are really starting to show their personality! The coping is looking beautiful, the plumbing and pool equipment are in place, and I absolutely love how this design is coming together.

Next, we'll be waiting for the surrounding walls to be completed by a separate contractor hired by the Givens family, and then we'll be moving forward with the pool deck!

There's still plenty to do, but seeing everything take shape is one of my favorite parts of what we do.

A big thank you to the Givens family for trusting us with your swimming pool project. We can't wait for you to enjoy it!

And thank you, William, for helping us document all these wonderful transformations!
