Every successful renovation begins with a phase homeowners rarely see in finished photos.

By taking a home back to the framing, we're able to evaluate structural components, assess existing conditions, and identify opportunities to improve functionality, efficiency, and flow. While this stage may look unfinished, it's where some of the most important decisions are made.

This project is currently in the transformation phase, where we're setting the foundation for a home that feels brighter, functions better, and serves its owners for years to come.

Custom walnut cabinetry warms up crisp white millwork throughout the home, while a fully concealed appliance garage keeps everyday essentials tucked away without sacrificing easy access- the kind of detail you don't notice until you live with it, and then can't imagine going without.

Statement wallpaper shows up in the most unexpected places, turning even the most utilitarian corners into spaces worth lingering in (check out that laundry room!).
