Some “thank yous” mean a little extra. ❤️
A few days after Jessi & Alex replaced Jenn and Denny’s A/C on one of these brutally hot Southern summer days, the two of them stopped by for a quick visit.
Jenn had finally been feeling well enough to get out, and they wanted to personally thank Denny and me—and make sure we handed this envelope to the guys who installed their new system. Inside was a cash tip for Jessi & Alex. ❤️
If you know Jenn or have followed her story here on Facebook, you know she’s been dealing with some significant health challenges. That made getting their home cool and comfortable again feel especially important to us.
Our company has always looked at heating and air a little differently. With our backgrounds and focus on health, we know that what happens inside your home—temperature, humidity, air quality and comfort—can matter for reasons that go well beyond just being hot or cold.
And we want to say something else clearly: tips are NEVER expected.
In fact, in an age where it seems like we’re asked to tip everywhere we turn, we’ve purposely chosen not to add a tip option to our invoices. We don’t like the message that sends or the pressure it can put on a customer. You paid us to do a job, and our crew should give you their best work because that’s what you hired us to do.
But when someone chooses to recognize our field crew this way? It is absolutely appreciated—and incredibly encouraging. Especially for the guys spending long days in attics, crawlspaces and this relentless Southern summer heat. 🥵
So Jenn & Denny, thank you. Not just for the tip, but for making the trip over to personally make sure these guys knew how much you appreciated them.
And Jessi & Alex—we hope you know how much we appreciate you, too. ❤️
