TEAM SPOTLIGHT: Meet Melissa 👋

Melissa joined us about a month ago as our Administrative Assistant, and she's already made herself impossible to do without.

She's a Michigan lifer — grew up in Marshall, lives in Bellevue now — and came to us after nearly seven years in office administration. Handling accounts payable, customer service, and employee support, and keeps the day-to-day running.

Weekends are for family, camping, and side-by-side riding. She's also brand new to the empty nest club — her only child just started at MSU majoring in psychology. In her words: "I'm one proud parent!"

Two things nobody here knew until now: she's scared of the dark, and she's a Swiftie. Her quote, not ours: "Yes, I'm a Swiftie." 🎤

Favorite part of the job? The people. "Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. The people really are what make this job special to me."

And her advice for any homeowner about to start a roofing or siding project: do your research, and know that the cheapest estimate isn't always the best deal. Ask questions.

Melissa says most people don't realize she wears her heart on her sleeve — around here, we figured that out in about a week. Welcome to the crew. 💚

Training by day… baseball by night! ⚾️🏠

The Elieff Brothers crew spent the day in Detroit sharpening their skills with **Brava training** — and figured we might as well have a little fun afterward at the ballpark!

🔥 Hot enough for ya, Michigan? 🔥

Between the heat and the haze rolling down from the Canadian wildfires, it's been a rough stretch out there. But you know what hasn't stopped? Our crews. Roofs are still going on, one after another, and these guys are absolutely crushing it in some of the toughest conditions of the year. 💪

And here's the part that made our week: we called our friends at ABC Supply to ask what a pallet of water would cost for our crews. Their answer? "No charge." Delivered it today. FREE. 🙌💧

Everyone meet Oona, Stacy and Pat’s new pride and joy — and already the cutest member of the crew.

She may not be climbing roofs or writing estimates yet, but she is officially in charge of office morale, tail wags, and making sure everyone stops working for puppy breaks.

After all the storms we had this weekend, Amanda was actually scheduled to have today off. Instead, she reached out and asked if she could come in to help handle the increased call volume and make sure our customers were taken care of.

That says a lot about the kind of person she is.
