As summer comes to a close and students head back to school, we're reflecting on the first season Barclay Downs members were able to enjoy their newly transformed pool and amenity spaces. ☀️🏊

With expanded pool features, a renovated bathhouse and new gathering spaces throughout, this 16,000 SF project was designed to enhance the member & neighborhood experience for years to come. Here's to a successful first pool season in the new space!

Our team recently completed CRC Group's 22,000 SF Class A office upfit on the 17th floor of 600 S. Tryon in Uptown, transforming a first-generation space into a high-end workplace designed for collaboration, connection, and growth.

With premium finishes throughout, a signature conference room, enhanced acoustics, and spaces ranging from executive offices to wellness rooms, every detail was thoughtfully executed. Behind the scenes, extensive coordination, off-hours work, and a commitment to meeting a quick schedule kept the project moving from day one. And the finished product reflects what we love most about interior projects: turning complex challenges into spaces people are excited to walk into every day. ✨️

Our Intern crossover program in Charlotte got a tour of the Academic Addition at Christ the King High School and got to see what collaboration really looks like in action. The project showcases the teamwork between Barringer, SteelFab, and Little Architects—three partners working together both on the jobsite and through our Crossover Program alongside CBI.

Seeing those connections come to life in the field is what this program is all about: learning from each other, building relationships, and discovering how great projects are made possible through teamwork.
