After 9/11, our founder, Justin Britt, was deployed to New York City with the U.S. Navy to help search for the missing. Under floodlights and in long shifts, he learned that hope is fragile and action must be steady. Teams moved with quiet precision; every name mattered, every detail was a duty. He watched how a calm voice could steady a room, how careful hands could carry a family through their hardest hour, and how showing up… fully and without excuses, was its own form of service.
When Justin, left to become a civilian, he built Premier Water Damage on those same lessons. We respond fast because time is dignity. We work meticulously because safety is nonnegotiable. We explain every step because clarity eases fear. And we treat every home as a story worth protecting, not just a project to complete.
That is why Premier Water Damage centers on community and well-being: checking on vulnerable neighbors after storms, partnering with local groups, creating opportunities for veterans, and staying until the last question is answered and the last room is right. Justin’s experience taught us that restoration is more than drying and repairs. It’s standing with people until they feel whole again. No one left behind.
