Lows have been in the 20s here in NC the past few days. 🥶 I’m shocked at how long my summer annuals have held on! The first 3 pics are a couple of my fall/winter containers (still going strong!), but the rest are summer (not looking too hot today). These pics are from 11/25 before the 20s arrived, but late November is still impressive! Supertunias and Superbells really outdid themselves this year. 🙌🏼🌸 Which summer annuals performed well for you this year?

🌿The USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map has been updated for 2023. Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas are now 8a. Not surprising since we were right on the border of 7b/8a before, but this is still big news for gardeners. 🌿

What are planting zones?
