Huntington Young Professionals Generation Huntington is a subcommittee of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Huntington Young Professionals (HYP), a sub committee of the Huntington Regional Chamber, aims to foster career development, community engagement, and networking for young professionals aged 21 to 40 in Cabell and Wayne counties. It is a group that provides networking and social events focused on those from 21-45 years of age. Not only does GH provide networking and social events, but also provide

s multiple opportunities to get involved to better the community, from painting a viaduct to raising funds for charities. Membership:
$30 per year for a Chamber member, $50 per year for a non-Chamber member.

Join the Huntington Young Professionals tomorrow at BDY Studios for a new twist on Business After Hours...The Balanced Professional!

The evening will start at 5:30 with a light yoga session led by our friends at BDY Studios, then the group will head to Taps at Heritage for a round of networking and drinks. If you're looking for a way to meet new people and do some networking, join us tomorrow night for this unique event!

Did you know that volunteering is good for you? 👀Forbes magazine reports, “Research on happiness demonstrates that when you focus on others and emphasize how you contribute to your community, you are likely to significantly enhance your sense of joy.

In addition, respondents to the BioLife poll reported that they felt an increased sense of purpose (45%), increased happiness (36%), improved mental well-being (26%), greater self-esteem and self-confidence (20%), and reduced stress (11%).”
