We shared another bathroom from this incredible home in Downtown Charleston on Wentworth St, but this one deserves its own moment too ✨

We’re loving the mix of the patterned wallpaper, painted millwork, marble and chrome. Classic details with plenty of personality! Proof that even a small space can make a statement 💪

As always, we get to work with some incredible people to make our homeowners vision come to life. Make sure to check them out!

From porch —> sunroom ☀️

We transformed this existing porch into a bright, finished sunroom + playroom for some close friends of ours

The project included demoing the existing porch walls and stairs, framing new exterior walls, raising the floor system to create a seamless transition from the existing home, and adding dormers to bring in even more natural light.

One of those projects where the finished space feels like it was always meant to be there

Thank you Parker Robert LeClaire for trusting us with your home 🤝

We’ve got lots to catch you up on but what better place to start with than this incredible bathroom transformation!

We moved walls and reworked the entire bathroom layout, added an entry wall, and brought it all together with a curb-less, doorless shower, soaking tub, brass finishes, custom closet, and custom doors and finish details.

Not a single detail was missed while working with Jaime B Albert

See where we started, how things went and where we ended up!

It’s good to be back on Wentworth St! Stay tuned as we renovate the remaining bathrooms, adding to our master bathroom renovation from last year!

Almost there… and already unforgettable.

This backyard oasis is coming to life beneath grand oak canopies, with sweeping marsh views that make every detail worth it. Just a few final touches stand between now and endless golden-hour swims. This areal footage gives definition to just how large the footprint of this grand pool was during the foundation and early framing stages.
