Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Worker—Laborer/support crew to join our team. This position involves running errands, handling materials, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the crew has the tools and supplies needed to keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Assist with unloading, loading, and moving supplies as directed.
• Perform basic labor tasks such as sweeping, clearing debris, and organizing work areas.
• Run errands to suppliers, hardware stores, and other vendors as needed.
• Support skilled workers (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) by providing materials and assistance.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or crew leaders.
Qualifications:
• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Work Environment:
• Outdoor and indoor construction sites, subject to weather conditions.
• Fast-paced environment with frequent movement and lifting.
• Standard working hours with possible overtime as project needs arise.
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience.
