Communication was amazing- I always felt like I knew what was happening, how long it would take, and when a task would be completed. This detached garage in the Charleston area was just that — a garage. Our team transformed it into a fully finished FROG (Finished Room Over Garage): open living space with hardwood floors, two designer bathrooms with vertical tile, frameless glass enclosures, brushed gold hardware, and enough natural light to make you forget you're above a two-car garage.
Same footprint. Completely different life. 📐✨

New garage in, old garage reimagined. 🏡🎸
We added a brand new attached garage to this Charleston home — complete with a pergola overhang and gable dormer — and gave the exterior a full gray-and-white refresh. That freed up the old garage to become a custom music room with built-ins, vaulted ceilings, and room to play.
Sometimes the best space isn't new — it's repurposed. 💪
