May in the Valley means two things: warmer days and suddenly all these little things around the house start to go haywire. Irrigation gets turned back on. Water use goes up. Sprinklers start doing weird things. The water heater starts acting suspicious.

If something’s been making a strange noise, draining slow, or quietly annoying you, now is probably the time to call us. Better to handle it now than on the first 100° weekend.

A lot of outdoor leaks are making themselves known. Hose bibs, irrigation lines, small cracks that expanded during colder nights. You don’t always see the source right away, just the evidence of it.
