The Coates family began building custom homes nearly fifty years ago. Over the years we have built hundreds of homes across the Dayton region. As a family we have had the great honor to work with a tremendous group of subcontractors and clients whose individual visions and expertise have made us better and more knowledgeable with each and every home built. We specialize in building homes starting

at $400,000 customizing each design to the owners specific needs and vision. In addition to building new construction we also offer full service remodeling and upgrading of your current home.
