-Each session will be 20 minutes and is $250
-You will receive a private password protected gallery with digital images and print release.
-Please comment with your name, the time you would like to claim & your email address.
-$75 fee to book, will go towards your total amount. Remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
-Please pay your invoice within 24 hours to hold your spot.
-If it rains on your mini session day, I will make arrangements to reschedule for another day or refund.

Another deck and exterior upgrade in the books!
We rebuilt the rotting railing, installed fresh lattice panels, lightly sanded the worn and splintered areas, pressure washed everything, and gave the deck a clean new coat of paint.
New solar lights were installed for a soft glow at night.
We also swapped out the old mailbox for a new one and replaced the outdated lamppost with a modern version that includes a convenience outlet and photocell for automatic dusk-to-dawn lighting.

We didn’t just build a coop… we built a 4x8 luxury duck mansion! 🦆🥚
Yes, these are domestic ducks living better than most of us. This quack-tastic palace sleeps up to 8 ducks, has premium cedar shingles, an easy clean-out door (because duck p**p waits for no one), and every surface is non-toxic.
We hope they love their new Quack Shack!
