A little behind-the-scenes look at the St. Paul’s History Wall mural! 🎨

There’s so much more to painting a mural than what you see in the finished piece. Layers of color, movement, and a whole lot of patience. I love watching it all come together, one brushstroke at a time!

Now booking custom mural commissions! Have a wall in mind? Let's create something beautiful together. 🎨

Starting out Monday with some sketches. ✏️ There’s just something about pencil and paper that I love—the loose lines, figuring out the shadows, and watching a face slowly start to emerge. Sometimes it feels good to get back to the basics and just draw. 🖤

Omri & Keziah have officially made their way onto the chalkboard for the youth of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Cedar Rapids ! ❤️

These two started as character sketches and were created especially for this space. Omri is loud, loyal, loves Jesus, and is just a little unhinged. 😂 Keziah is his neuro-spicy Peruvian llama sidekick—sweet, colorful, and full of personality.

I loved getting to bring them to life in chalk and create something playful, welcoming, and a little unexpected for our youth to enjoy. 🐓🦙✨

When my ADHD hyperfocus becomes my superpower…

catching every tiny bit of paint bleed and touching it up one painstaking little spot at a time. 😂🎨 before/ after

The aftermath of a mural day. 🎨

Peeling tape might be one of the most satisfying parts of the process—yards and yards of blue tape coming down to reveal crisp lines and bold color underneath.

A little messy. A lot of tape. Stay tuned for the finished space. ✨
