🏠 ALBANY CUSTOM HOME — MILESTONE UPDATE!

Another big milestone reached on the Albany custom home! Today, we officially PASSED our wall sheathing and roof inspections! ✅

With those inspections behind us, we’re excited to get the jobsite cleaned up and start moving into the next phases of construction. It’s been great watching this home take shape, and we’re looking forward to seeing it continue to come together.

🏠 Albany Custom Home Progress Update!

Another big step forward on our Albany custom home build! All necessary inspections have been passed, and framing is moving right along.

Today, our framing crew is installing the LVL beams and floor joists that will support the second-floor system. It’s exciting watching this home take shape from the ground up!

One of the standout features of this custom build will be the beautiful cathedral ceiling in the main living area, giving the finished home an open and impressive feel.

We’re making great progress and look forward to sharing more as this custom home comes together!

Chiefland Addition — Project Update 🏠🔨

Great progress on our Chiefland, FL addition!

We’ve officially passed all necessary inspections to this stage and have been working hard to get the entire roof system dried in and the structure protected from the elements.

Next up, we’ll be moving into:

* ⚡ Full electrical rough-in
* 🔧 Plumbing rough-in
* 🔍 Pre-drywall inspections
* 🏠 Insulation
* 🛠️ Sheetrock, followed by interior and exterior finish work

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but it’s exciting to see this addition really taking shape. Another Chiefland project moving forward one phase at a time!

Another step forward on this remodel! 💪🏗️

Progress isn’t always about what goes up—sometimes it’s about what comes down.

To keep this addition moving forward the right way, our crew completely demolished the existing structure that was in the way of the new framing. With the old building removed, we now have the space needed to continue framing and tie the new addition into the existing home properly.

Every phase is planned with the end result in mind, ensuring a solid foundation for everything that follows.

We’re looking forward to showing you the transformation as this project continues to take shape.

Our crew has been hard at work pushing projects forward across North Central Florida.

This week we completed the plumbing rough-in on another new home, wrapped up a beautiful metal roof installation, and continued making progress on several other projects. The Florida heat isn’t slowing this team down.

We’re making great progress on our Albany home build!

All compaction testing has been completed and passed, and the form boards are set as we finalize the home’s footprint. With site preparation complete, we’re moving forward with concrete work, well and septic installation, and beginning the plumbing and electrical rough-ins.

Every step brings this project one step closer to becoming someone’s dream home, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going.
