It was fun to work alongside Langenbach Companies on this one. The homeowners brought Langenbach Companies in to do the leveling, re-grading, fire pit and retaining wall/slab work. While they were working on that, our crews were working on building the second story TimberTech AZEK Deck w/ lighting kits down the risers... I'd say the new space is ready for entertaining?!

There are so many ways to create an entertaining space. We took a clean slate with a new construction home.. and created a climate controlled room which lead out to a spacious deck plan with separate sitting areas for a future gas fire pit to be added. The interior room had some cultured stone installed as accent walls, LVP flooring.. The large scale doors leading out onto the deck were from Marvin Window & Doors.. one was a collapsible/bi-fold door (8'-0"H x 12'-0"L) and one a four-panel slider (8'-0"H x 16'-0"L). For the deck we used TimberTech The AZEK Company for the decking, cable rail system and their lighting kits for the stairs.

Here's a quick basement refresh facelift! The homeowners wanted to have all of the old existing knotty pine removed off the walls and carpet pulled up off the floors.. We patched new drywall where the pine was, added beadboard up the stairwell walls, updated electrical and re-painted walls/ceiling and trims. The existing stairs were also refinished in a grey to match the newly installed LVP flooring,

Figured we would do a mid progress update for one of our larger projects going on right now. For this project we are adding a second floor over half of the existing house.. creating more living space upstairs by adding 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The crew removed the existing roof, framed a new floor system, built the walls and set the trusses. As the floor was being framed the rough-ins for the bathroom had to be completed. Can't wait to see the finals when we finish everything up.

Wrapped up a small basement bathroom update for some repeat clients.. We installed a new onyx shower kit with glass door, new toilet, and new vanity/medicine cabinet/light and fresh coat of paint.

**Some more finished projects to be posted soon, stay tuned!!!

TIME TO MOVE IN!!!... LIKE.. COMMENT.. SHARE!!!
Well, we started this one back in first of November.. The crews battled some harsh weather this winter and we experienced some product delays for some of the specialty items..
But, they moved in first of June.. 7 months from start to completion.
This addition is an ADA accessible add-on to an existing house where we basically built a house for the homeowners daughter to move into a space of her own. She pretty much designed everything herself and brought her own personal touches/detail and into every room.. You know it is something special as soon as you enter the front door! The finishes inside include a mix of tile and herringbone hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen cabinets, work stations, tile shower and vanities were all set up for comfortable functionality. A washer/dryer all in one combo, was installed in the bathroom and we added a gas fireplace to the front sitting living room.. Can't forget the electronic doggie door! The front entryway has a dyed concrete ramp leading up to a black modernized entry door, with a white breezeblock accent wall and off the back; there is a Azek Timbertech deck w/ a ramp leading down to another dyed concrete patio.

REMEMBER a couple months ago we teamed up with WTEN for a secret project in the works?!.. WEELLLL, how many of you have seen the NEW Upstate Living morning show?!.. We were honored to be apart of bringing their set ideas to reality. It was fun to work with the design team and coordinate all of the little details. If you haven't seen it yet.. YOU SHOULD! Thanks again WTEN NEWS 10, until next time!

New Kitchen Completed!... We just finished up this kitchen remodel for some long time local friends of ours. The kitchen had some cool features which included lighted glass cabinetry, accent tile behind the range hood and two toned colored cabinets, with the uppers going to the ceiling with the soffit removed. The scope included demo'ing down to the studs, relocating all mechanicals, re-framing for new window and exterior door. New drywall, paint, and hardwood flooring. The homeowners even completed some of the scope tasks themselves throughout the project.... Time to entertain in the new kitchen space!... Enjoy!
