I love a good commercial door. The rust and dust, the sound of the heavy equipment and the hissing of the air compressor bleed off. I got the pleasure of replacing some old, broken mortise locks with some grade one levers and stainless steel wraps. Much better operation!

I completed a fun project for a great customer. Removed an old mortise lock that was in bad repair and replaced it with a grade one passage lever and a Schlage Encode.

Commercial property with cheesy (and broken) residential keyless lock. It was a pleasure being able to remove the old and replace with new. The customer now has properly graded commercial locks, along with a little extra protection. This was a fun job!

Hard to find truly good people who aren’t looking for the “what’s in it for me?” I wanted to give a shout out to the kind soul in the black jacket. I recently completed a service call at this sweet lady’s house. While wrenching on her locks, I realized her front door was allowing the cold air to whoosh right into her house. Due to her unique needs and budget constraints, I bought her a new door but needed some help installing it. Kurtis Stewart from The Garage Door Wizard stepped up in a big way. He installed the door free of charge and did a fantastic job. This door wasn’t plumbed and he needed to cut it down and ensure it was a custom fit. He spent most of his day off making sure this sweet gal had a quality product and wouldn’t be cold anymore. I’m beyond thankful for Kurtis and his willingness to help someone in need.
