Do You Have to Remove Your Old Floor Before Installing a New One?

Not always. If the existing floor is solid and compatible, we keep it and grind the surface so the new coating bonds. If it’s failing, we remove it completely by grinding or shot-blasting it to clean concrete.

Installing over failing tile, coatings, or adhesive just borrows problems you’ll pay for later. A floor only performs as well as the prep underneath it.
