This Roswell project has changed quite a bit since our last update.

Demo is complete, plumbing and electrical are roughed in, and drywall is officially up.

We’re at that point in the project where the messy part starts giving way to what everyone’s actually been waiting to see.

More from this one soon. 🔨

A progress update from the job site over in Roswell, GA. 🔨

The structure is taking shape, materials are arriving, and there are plenty of moving pieces happening on site as we keep this project moving forward.

One step closer to seeing all the details come together.

Demo is officially underway at our newest Roswell project. 🔨

This is the part of the renovation that doesn’t always make the final photos.

Cabinets coming out, walls being opened up, and plenty of dust in between. But this is where the transformation really starts—and where getting the details right matters most.

Excited to take you along as this one comes together.

Some details are worth looking up for.

The barrel ceiling in our Chastain Park project added a subtle architectural moment to a space that could have easily been overlooked.

A good reminder that great ex*****on isn’t limited to what’s at eye level.

Another project officially underway. 🔨

We’re opening up the main level, making changes throughout the kitchen, and laying the groundwork for what’s to come.

Still early in the process, but this one is going to be a fun transformation to follow.

A little contrast goes a long way.

The warm wood island, lighter perimeter cabinetry, brass hardware, and subtle texture in the backsplash all bring something different to this kitchen without competing for attention.

One of those spaces where every finish has its place.

The project doesn’t stop when the phone rings. 😅

One minute we’re working through the details on site, the next we’re talking through ideas for a future renovation.

Just another day in the world of construction.

We’re officially in the final stretch in Roswell. 👏

Cabinets are in, countertop templating was completed today, and we’re about 2–3 weeks away from wrapping up this project.

Not much longer until we get to show you the finished space.

Simple, but far from basic.

The natural wood vanity brings warmth, while the soft tile, brass accents, and arched details give this bathroom just enough character without overdoing it.

A smaller space with a lot of thoughtful details packed in.
