Celebrating 20 Years with Amber! 🎉

What started as a temporary data-entry position 20 years ago has grown into a career that has touched nearly every corner of our company.

Over the years, Amber has taken on everything from alarm contracts and collections to accounting, client acquisition, sales support, and now HR. Through every new role and challenge, she’s continued to learn, adapt, and find ways to help the people around her.

When asked what has kept her here all these years, her answer comes down to the opportunities to grow, the challenge of learning something new, and most importantly, the people.

Her advice to anyone just starting out is simple:

“Just show up.”

Show up ready to learn, be someone your team can depend on, and take care of yourself so you can continue showing up for the people who count on you.

Amber, thank you for 20 years of dedication, adaptability, and always being willing to step in wherever you’re needed. We’re incredibly grateful for everything you’ve contributed along the way and the people you continue to help every day.
