Excited to be finished with our beautiful deck rebuild and moving right along to the hardscape elements throughout the property: Belgard permeable paver ADA ramp in the Eco Dublin variety, Victorian color, with perfectly straight Weston block seat walls/solid coping and stellar new natural, Pennsylvania Blue Stone steps, leading up to the two deck access points! Woot woot!! 🤩🙌🏼

Yes—we do decks! This is our client’s beautiful residence located in the heart of Duvall! Our job: completely remodel their outdoor living spaces for full useability and pizazz! We have kicked off the project with a deck remodel.

This is one of our two-phase projects in Carnation. Phase 1 included the removal of small, deer-eaten arborvitae hedge replaced with these beautiful 18’ Excelsa Cedar pre-grown hedge trees, to create an instant privacy screen for our clients. Additionally, in order to get the trees happily situated in their new home, we spent careful thought and time installing a drainage system, amending/balancing proper soils and re-building their rock wall that required a stronger base and an upgraded stack for better curb appeal. Next phase will be the installation of a beautiful Dublin cobble paver driveway and more. Stay tuned 🤗

Check out these beautiful new steps we just installed for our lovely Edmonds clients. We are very pleased with the outcome and the attention to detail on this step system. Specs include: Belgard Catalina Grana three-piece pavers in Victorian color with Belgard Weston block non-tumbled, Victorian on edge and our very favorite, Pennsylvania natural Bluestone step treads to create a beautiful and smooth step transition. The warm tones of the Victorian color modeling in this particular paver, help tie in the existing wood steps leading up to the house as well as the cool, gray tones, that relate to the body color of the house. We always strive to create a cohesive color palette when we design and build!
