What Happens During a Home Independence Visit?

Small problems around the house can turn into expensive repairs—or serious problems—when nobody notices them early.

During a Home Independence visit, Grease & Threads checks things like HVAC operation, filters and thermostats, smoke and CO alarms, visible plumbing leaks, water heater condition, moisture concerns, exterior conditions, and other seasonal or household issues.

After the visit, we document what we found and let you or your designated family member know about anything that needs attention.

We inspect. We report. You decide. Additional repairs or parts are never automatically added without your approval.
