When I look back at this week’s photos, I see the parts of commercial service most people never see.

The rooftop calls. The troubleshooting. The worn components. The testing that has to happen before anyone can confidently say, “We found it.”

For the businesses we serve, this equipment isn’t just equipment. It supports their employees, protects their products and helps keep their doors open. That responsibility matters to us.

I’m proud of our crew for putting in the work, staying with the problem and finding the right solution for each system.

Commercial service doesn’t always happen at ground level.

This week took our team from electrical panels and control boards to refrigeration components, temperature checks, hot-side equipment and a commercial equipment move.

Different systems. Different challenges. The same responsibility: diagnose the problem accurately, make the right repair and help another South Louisiana business avoid costly downtime.
