There's more to an A/C service call than checking if cold air is coming out of the vents! 🔧❄️

Your system has electrical components, controls, and connections that all need to work together.

During an appropriate system inspection, technicians can check component condition, electrical readings, and overall operation to help identify potential problems.

It's all part of understanding what's happening inside your equipment!

Alexander recently spent four days attending training with Trane, and we couldn't be more proud!

One thing about Alexander is that he's always looking for ways to learn more, sharpen his skills, and bring that knowledge back to the team.

The HVAC industry is always changing, and it's great to see him continuing to invest his time in becoming even better at what he does! 🔧❄️

A big thank you to Trane for putting together such a great training experience!

THIS is why dryer vent cleaning is so important! 😳🔥

Take a look at all that lint buildup! 👀

Even if you're cleaning your dryer's lint trap after every load, lint can still accumulate inside the vent over time.

That buildup can restrict airflow, cause longer drying times, make your dryer work harder, and increase the risk of a fire.

Don't wait until your clothes are taking two or three cycles to dry before giving your dryer vent some attention! 🧺🔧

Now THAT'S something you don't see every day! 👀🔥

Here's a look inside an electric dryer after a heating element replacement!

The heating element is what generates the heat needed to dry your clothes, and without it, you could be left with a load of wet laundry. 🧺

That bright red glow is the new heating element at work!

Just another behind-the-scenes look at the repairs we handle! 🔧💙

Ever wondered what actually goes on inside your dryer? 👀🔧

Here's a little behind-the-scenes look at one of our appliance repairs!

John replaced the blower wheel, a component that plays an important role in moving air through your dryer.

When the blower wheel isn't working properly, it can affect airflow and drying performance.

It's one of those parts most homeowners never see, but it has a pretty important job! 🧺

MYTH vs. FACT Tuesday! 👀🧺

❌ MYTH: If everything fits in the washing machine, it's fine to wash it all at once.
✅ FACT: Overloading your washer can prevent clothes from getting properly cleaned, cause unbalanced loads, and put extra strain on the machine.

Just because you CAN fit it all doesn't mean you SHOULD.

Good morning, SWFL! ☀️

When was the last time your A/C had a little TLC? 👀❄️

Living in Florida means our A/C systems work hard almost year-round. Routine maintenance helps keep things running efficiently, catches potential problems early, and can help prevent unexpected breakdowns.

Don't wait until your A/C stops cooling to give it some attention!

You see the thermostat on the wall and the vents in the ceiling…but there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes. 👀

This is a look at one of the spaces our guys have to get into when working on an HVAC system.

Definitely not always the easiest access, but it’s part of the job. 💪🔧
