❤️ Meet the Heart Behind Lemasters Construction — Alicia Lemasters
If you’ve worked with Lemasters Construction, you may already know the face behind the phone calls, schedules, estimates, crews, and all the little details that keep everything moving. But today, we wanted to introduce the woman behind the business.
Meet Alicia, owner of Lemasters Construction.
Alicia is a wife, mom, business owner, homeschool mom, community organizer, and a woman whose faith and family are at the center of everything she does. She believes that if you’re going to put your name on something, you should be proud of the work that stands behind it.
Owning a construction company isn’t always glamorous. Some days start early, end late, and involve solving ten problems before lunch. 😂 But Alicia genuinely loves what she does. She loves watching an idea become a finished project, seeing her team grow, building relationships with customers, and knowing that the work Lemasters Construction does becomes part of someone’s home, business, or community.
Her Christian faith plays a big part in how she tries to live and lead — work hard, treat people right, keep your word, stay humble, and remember Who you’re ultimately working for.
She’s also the first to tell you that none of this happens because of one person. Lemasters Construction is built around hardworking people, supportive family, loyal customers, and a community that has continued to trust us with their projects.
When Alicia isn’t wearing her Lemasters Construction hat, you’ll usually find her being Mom, supporting her family, working with the local homeschool community, volunteering, or probably still answering a construction-related phone call somewhere in between. 😉
For Alicia, Lemasters Construction is more than a business. It’s her family’s name, their livelihood, a team she cares deeply about, and something she hopes to continue building for generations.
Thank you to every customer who has trusted us, referred us, supported us, or simply cheered us on. We don’t take it for granted.
“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” — Colossians 3:23
