POV: I’m a home owner that hired a large HVAC company to come to my home and they upsold me on everything I don’t need. They sent technicians to my home that are over worked and under paid and have been back several times to fix their mistakes.

POV: I’m a home owner that hired a local family owned HVAC company that walked me through everything carefully so I understood what I needed and didn’t try to upsell me. They sent technicians to my home that worked very hard and get paid more than the average tech that works for a large company and did a phenomenal job!

Don’t let an HVAC tech or company tell you it’s illegal to add or charge your system with R-410A. Yes it has been fazed out of production, but you can still purchase it if you so wish too for your system.
