Job Description:

RVM is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to assist with overseeing our various construction teams. The best candidate for this position will be someone who is multi-task oriented, deadline driven, and able to effectively manage multiple teams at one time. This candidate should have at least 10 years of construction project management experience.

Job duties/skills needed:
● Must be able to plan the scope of the project and develop a construction schedule
● Has the ability to assign tasks to various contractors and subcontractors
● Able to predict resources needed to complete projects and ability to manage supplies accordingly
● Must obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
● Will draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
● Must feel comfortable going into resident homes and developing a rapport with our tenants.
● Problem solving and organizational skills are a must.
● Candidate needs to have transportation to and from job sites*
● Must have a valid Driver's License
● Minimum 10 years experience required
● Spanish speaking not required but strongly preferred
*Must initially have transportation to and from job sites - a company vehicle will be provided upon completion of 90 day probationary period.

RVM is looking to hire a full-time experienced Plumber to join our growing team. This candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in residential plumbing including renovations, repairs, and service installs.
Qualifications:
● Complete understanding of single-family residential plumbing systems and plumbing codes in the state of NJ
● Previous experience that includes abs, pvc drains, pex/copper water lines, gas lines, water heater installs
● All facets of plumbing needed (rough and final). Experience with Mechanical systems a plus.
● Ability to develop rapport with construction foreman and potential helper.
● Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with little field supervision.
● Must feel comfortable going into resident homes and developing a rapport with our tenants.
● Problem solving and organizational skills are a must.
