Hey everyone! Sorry it's been a while since I have posted but it's been a wild summer.

As many of you may know, I have been recovering from a major medical condition that occurred early in the season and I won't be producing any hot sauces this season.

I have grown some vegetables this year but have been very limited on my mobility, so most of my produce has been donated to locals in need 🙂

I appreciate the outpour of support from the community and look forward to getting started growing and bottling again next season. If anyone need anything please reach out and I'm looking forward to a good year in 2026 :)

Fighting off a cold and an ear infection, but wanted to put out a quick update.

I've ordered some seeds to kick off the season soon, and have a few discussions going for some inspired hot sauce recipes for 2025.

Throwback to my first batch of the first recipe I created. It turned out so perfect. I know someone who has a small stockpile of these bottles but she won't share them 😂

I am hoping I can get enough of the Satan's Kiss peppers i need this year to make another batch.

All of my batches are small in numbers, and I will let everyone know when the first batch of the season is ready!

Empty Pockets is a project that started during the peak of the 2020 covid outbreak. While many people were unable to work, some of the people I cared about had their finances cut due to their professions.

As a countermeasure to the negativity that everyone was feeling, I began growing vegetables and sharing fresh veggies, pickled cucumbers, and hot sauces with the people I cared about. My hope was to help offset the burden of their cut finances, and spread positivity in the community.

With that Empty Pockets was born!

I look forward to sharing the process of growing peppers, creating and bottling new sauce recipes, and possibly even some collaborations!

If anyone would like more information, please stay posted and I'll continue to build the page up. I will likely do a giveaway in the near future as well :)
