Project Coordinator
About Us
Blue Flint Designs LLC is a growing residential construction company based in Byron, Georgia specializing in fencing, pavilions, decks, screen porches, garages, home additions, and hardscape. We're a tight-knit team that takes pride in quality work and showing up for our clients. As we continue to grow, we need more, organized Project Coordinators to keep jobs moving and crews accountable in the field.
What You'll Do

Manage daily crew assignments and ensure teams are dispatched to the right jobs on time
โ
Monitor subcontractor progress and coordinate across job phases to keep projects on schedule
โ
Conduct physical on-site inspections to evaluate crew performance and quality of work
โ
Serve as the primary point of contact between the office and field crews
โ
Identify and communicate job site issues to ownership before they become problems
โ
Support crew logistics including job site check-ins and progress reporting
What We're Looking For
โ
Experience in residential construction, field supervision, or project coordination
โ
Strong organizational and communication skills
โ
Ability to work independently in the field without constant oversight
โ
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
โ
Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation a must
โ
Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps for communication and reporting
