Another old house in Butte. The folks who bought this house had us redo the floor in the bathroom.
The house was flipped before they bought it and the old linoleum was put down as cheap as possible to sell it quick. We tore it all out, put 1/4 inch plywood over the old particle board so the new floor has a flat, solid base, then laid luxury vinyl plank. The floor hatch got the same floor and new trim.
