Our customer wanted to open up the front of their home by removing the existing retaining wall and replacing it with a new sidewalk that lines up square with their front entry. The result is a cleaner, more welcoming entrance with improved curb appeal.

Sometimes the biggest part of a project is what you don’t see.

For this pool renovation, we carefully demoed the existing concrete deck to access and repair the electrical conduit for the pool lighting, while also installing new plumbing for a brand-new slide. Once everything underneath was repaired and ready, we poured a fresh concrete pool deck to bring it all back together.

A project like this is a great reminder of why we love what we do.

What started with removing an aging sidewalk and retaining wall turned into a complete transformation that improved both the beauty and functionality of this property.

From start to finish, we:
• Demolished the old sidewalk and retaining wall
• Installed a French drain and yard catch basin for improved drainage
• Repaired the basement walkout block wall oldmillstonework
• Built a new Versa-Lok retaining wall
• Installed an exposed aggregate sidewalk, steps, patio, and garage apron
• Repaired collapsed rain leader pipes
• Installed two ornamental light posts
• Added pathway and step landscape lighting
• Finished the flower beds with #2 river gravel for a clean, polished look
