SB Land Development installed a French drain system designed to collect and redirect that water away from the problem areas.

The project included excavation around the pool area, installation of the drainage system, proper stone and fabric placement, backfilling, and grading with a finish of seed and wheat straw.

This Board & Batten garage got a complete refresh with a beautiful new stain—and the prep work matters just as much as the finished product.

Before spraying, we carefully and meticulously taped and protected windows, fixtures, pipes, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean, professional finish. Then the stain was evenly applied to bring out the natural beauty of the wood while giving the exterior added protection from the elements.
