As we wrap up our 2026 projects, we’re starting to look ahead to 2027.

Over the year, much of our focus has been on our own development and spec projects, which meant we had to pass on several customer projects that came our way. For 2027, we’ve decided to open our schedule for 2–3 new construction projects in the greater Dickson area.

If you’ve reached out to us in the past and we weren’t able to take on your project, now would be a great time to reach back out.

We’re accepting both residential and commercial ground-up new construction. At this time, we are not taking on remodels or renovations.

This rendering has been our vision for the newest Synergy Storage, LLC location on Beasley Drive in Dickson, and if you’ve driven by lately, you can see that vision starting to come to life.

We’re excited to watch the details come together and bring something a little different to Dickson. Beautiful, functional, and built to stand out.
