The sunshine made this one tricky to photograph, but we had to share it. ☀️

This backyard now has two separate composite deck areas, a raised deck off the house with glass railing and a large ground-level platform below.

One of our favorite projects lately has been restoring public seating areas at Pike Place Market.

Years of Seattle weather had taken a toll on these cedar areas. Our team removed the worn cedar and installed new cedar surfaces while preserving the existing structures. These spaces aren't just part of the market, they're places where people gather, eat lunch, enjoy the waterfront views, and make memories.

We're proud to help preserve a small piece of one of Seattle's most iconic destinations and look forward to continuing work on future phases of the project.

This was a fun one to complete!

The homeowners loved the character of their property and wanted to keep that feeling while replacing fencing that had reached the end of its lifespan.

We installed new cedar fencing, custom gates, lattice-top privacy sections, and a rebuilt front arbor while staying true to the original style of the home. The blooming magnolia tree showing up right after completion made the finished photos even better. 🌸

We recently had the opportunity to restore and re-stain outdoor spaces at a local children’s hospital in Bellevue.

The walkways and benches see a lot of daily use, so they had started to wear down over time. We focused on cleaning, prepping, and re-staining everything to bring it back and help it hold up moving forward.

We’re really proud to have been part of this project. Being able to do work like this in our own community, and hopefully make these spaces a little more enjoyable for the families and kids who use them, means a lot to us.

Big project we just wrapped up in the Seattle area.

Full yard redo including retaining walls, steps, irrigation, new lawn, aluminum fencing out front and cedar board-in-line in the backyard.

Homeowner was really involved and picked out everything, including mixing fence styles, which ended up working really well for the space.

Always satisfying seeing it come together from demo to finished yard.

Finished this modern horizontal cedar fence in the Seattle area.

We stained it to a warm tone and stepped the layout to match the grade, keeping everything clean and consistent across the run.

Simple design, but it makes a big difference in how the whole yard comes together.
