A commercial job we just wrapped up in Alton IL removed all the old glue down carpet, baseboards and moved ALOT furniture back and forth. Installed 1200 sq ft of flooring and around 360 linear ft of baseboard

Been slacking on posting lately😅 a few hundred square ft of flooring wrapped up in Jerseyville. I have laid LVP through the entire house. Did the bedrooms individually also scraped and skim coated all the ceilings. Did a bunch of drywall work throughout the entire house painted everything new base boards and casing,new doors all new light fixtures, and replaced all outlets and switches will be posting more pictures and videos soon. I will be back soon to replace multiple windows

Progress on the Jerseyville job: lots of patchwork, skim coating on the walls and ceilings, 2 coats of paint on the walls and ceilings, new vinyl plank flooring, new base and door casing, new outlets, switches, and ceiling fan. Waiting on door hardware and the new window to come in. Four more rooms to go!

Carpet removal, patching holes, and skimming the ceiling. This is just one room; two more bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom, and a living room remain. I will skim all ceilings, do patch work as needed, replace outlets, switches, and light fixtures, install new base and trim with vinyl plank throughout, paint doors, and paint all the rooms' walls and ceilings.

Bath/laundry remodel in a late 19th-century home. (ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME) Hung drywall on the ceiling; A LOT of skim coating. Built a dividing wall and column to hide lines and wires between the toilet and washer and dryer. New toilet, all new shut off valves, New flooring, all new trim and casing, custom vanity with built-in hampers, and minor electrical work. 2 coats of paint walls, ceiling and trim. Still waiting on lights and a custom vanity top
