01/01/2026
May 2026 be a year where clarity replaces noise,
where purpose outweighs pressure,
and where ex*****on matters more than excuses.
May you have the courage to ask hard questions of your organization, your systems, and yourself and the discipline to actually act on the answers.
May you lead people well, not just manage outcomes.
May you protect your teams from burnout while still holding the line on standards and accountability.
May you use data wisely, technology responsibly, and authority humbly.
As Romans 12:1–2 reminds us, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—His good, pleasing, and perfect will.”
In a world that rewards speed over wisdom and familiarity over truth,
may this be the year you choose transformation over conformity in how you think, how you lead, and how you decide.
For those building businesses, teams, systems, or second acts
may this be the year you stop repeating what’s comfortable and start doing what’s necessary.
May your decisions be rooted in integrity, your strategies grounded in reality, and your success measured not just by growth, but by impact. And when the work gets heavy, as it always does, may you remember why you started, who you serve, and that leadership done right is always worth the cost.
Here’s to a year of renewed passions, minds, disciplined ex*****on, and courageous leadership.
Wishing you a strong, focused, and Blessed 2026......Brian
