We completed a full tear-off, replaced compromised OSB decking, and installed Owens Corning Duration shingles across 55 squares with a 6-nail pattern for added wind resistance. A VentSure ridge vent system was added to improve attic airflow, along with ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, and all new flashings and pipe boots.

We completed a full tear-off, replaced 5 sheets of OSB decking, and installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Desert Rose across 50 squares. Ridge vent ventilation, new pipe boots, drip edge, and synthetic underlayment were all part of the full system upgrade.

Leaking metal roof on a commercial property in Roswell, GA — restored with a silicone coating system instead of a full replacement.

We pressure washed the surface, repaired loose fasteners, treated rusted areas, sealed all seams and penetrations, and applied a GAF high-solids silicone coating across ~65 squares. Interior drywall and ceiling tile repairs from prior water damage were handled as part of the scope too.
