Don’t always bag those grass clippings!

Leaving short grass clippings on your lawn after mowing can actually be good for your grass. As the clippings break down, they return valuable nutrients and moisture back into the soil, helping feed the lawn naturally.

This is known as grasscycling, and it can help promote a healthier, greener lawn while reducing yard waste.

Don’t Cut Your Grass Too Short! 🌿

It may seem like cutting your lawn shorter means you won’t have to mow as often, but cutting too short can actually stress your grass and cause it to dry out and burn more easily during hot weather.

Keeping your grass at the proper height helps protect the soil, retain moisture, and promote stronger, healthier roots.

The best time to water your lawn is early in the morning, between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Cooler temperatures allow water to soak into the soil before the day’s heat.

Can’t water in the morning? Watering around 7:00–8:00 PM, as the sun begins to set, is another great option.

☀️ Avoid watering during the hottest part of the day, as the heat can put additional stress on your lawn and plants.

Healthy watering habits lead to stronger roots and a greener lawn!

One of the simplest ways to protect your equipment is to blow off your lawn mower after every use.
