Don’t worry, there’s no emergency - it’s Sycamore’s mobile field office, break room, tool shed, supply hauler, rolling power plant and rec vehicle on the scene! 31-year old ambulance converted into an off-grid multipurpose utility vehicle complete with a solar-powered onboard computer interface and voice interaction. Custom electrical system features highly advanced automation integrated into the original hardware, designed and hand-built by one of our team members.

I finally was able to edit some photos of our addition build last year. Design, foundation, framing to finishes, we are proud of our team and the commitment to growth and learning. Really grateful for the ability to work with great clients and this new chapter we are now on with Sycamore WNY Construction. Built from two companies coming together to create something more, together, better.

Last year we accomplished a major addition while Sycamore WNY Construction was a dreamed to the making. Showing that we love a good challenge and unique spaces. The beam was made from the original ceiling joists we removed to expose a beautiful cathedral ceiling which we re framed lower so we could insulate properly. The kitchen was bumped out into a new foundation crawl space by 2 ft with a 45 degree wall added into a new 3 season porch. Right off the kitchen a laundry room was added with a simple pocket door making life more efficient so as to focus on what really matters, time with family in a hectic beautiful growinf life. Then off the back we built a deck on sonotubes with stunning Cumaru wood and stainless steel cable rail. We did all the Carpentry services, help with original design, layout, foundation, framing, insulation, drywall, cabinets, trim, flooring and used Kastle Plumbing and Zacher Electric for the mechanicals. Architectural design and planning was done by our very good friend Aidan Woolsey who did a fantastically beautiful job with the amount of space to transform into something so great with a small addition.
